Need to spread the word about your organization or that fundraiser you’re hosting? Look at all the options:

OrgSync
You know OrgSync as your “virtual office” for your organization; it’s also a great system for marketing your events and activities. Create an event in your portal and request to share it on the Boise State calendar, putting it in front of the eyes of all users on OrgSync. Contact the Student Involvement and Leadership Center at getinvolved@boisestate.edu or (208) 426-1223 for help with OrgSync.

Buttons
A button maker can be checked out from the Student Involvement and Leadership Center. Submit an Equipment Request Form to reserve a time to use the button maker. An Expense Request Form must also be submitted at least seven (7) business days prior to the requested use date to cover the cost of making buttons.

Poster Island
The Student Involvement and Leadership Center offers free sign-making supplies to recognized student organizations with Active status. This “poster island” can be found in the Student Involvement and Leadership Center on the second floor of the Student Union Building.

Toilet Talk
Just what it sounds like: signs in the bathrooms in the Student Union Building. The Information Desk/Bronco Card in the Student Union manages Toilet Talk. Make reservations online by submitting an Info Desk Promotional Request at https://broncocard.boisestate.edu/ or call (208) 426-4636. Please include all of the information you want for your advertisement, such as time, date, location, cost, and contact information.

Sidewalk Chalk
Sidewalk Chalk is a strategic way to reach targeted groups of students. Special approval is not needed; however, please do not chalk inside or within 30 feet of a residence hall entrance. Also, please abstain from chalking buildings or under over-hangings. The chalk you use should be washable and disappear with natural rainfall. Questions? Contact the Student Involvement and Leadership Center at getinvolved@boisestate.edu or (208) 426-1223.
